  Rise of the Guardians is an animated movie made by DreamWorks.

For the point of view of adults, his is all about the mythical creatures that the kids believed in. For the point of view of kids, these are the heroes in our lives that made our childhood fun, jolly and adventurous.

It all started when Jack Frost was born. He knows nothing about his past. After 300 years, Pitch, the Bogeyeman, suddenly appeared for he had already mastered on how to use sandman's power for evil. Pitch threatened the children with fear. The guardians are responsible for making the earth peaceful and jolly to live in for the children and Jack Frost was chosen by the moon as one of the guardians which he don't really want to be part of since he doesn't want to have any responsibility in life. But there is a chance that Jack Frost would change his mind and protect the innocence of the children with the help of Santa, Tooth Fairy, Easter Bunny and Sandman. But when Sandman was overpowered by darkness, everything fell apart. Will Jack decide to be a Guardian and resolves to protect the world's children with his new friends?

Go to the nearest cinemas and watch it. This movie is not only for the kids but also for the adults to recall what it is like to be a kid and how fun it was when we had faith to the heroes that we have known since childhood. Rise of the Guardians can touch our hearts that it can make you smile and cry at the same time.

What does this manga tells?

 

Across around the globe, a lot of children, teenager’s even old people are reading and watching this manga/animes. The story of the boy ninja who wants to be the “hokage” which means the greatest ninja of all, the boy pirate who wants to be the “pirate king” and a substitute shinigami who is protecting his friends against evil, these three mangas/animes have always been a hit to everyone but one question remains, what does this mangas/animes tells us?

                           

 First, lets deal with the boy ninja. Naruto is a boy ninja who had been cursed with a demon inside his body. He was orphaned because the demon inside his body killed its parents and some of their villagers. Naruto grew up alone and discriminated by others. But this didn’t stop our boy ninja from reaching his dream, to become “hokage”, which means the greatest ninja of all. Although discriminated as well as being alone, he didn’t lose hope and even gain friends because of his determination. He used the demon inside him not to destroy the village he came from but instead he used the demon to protect the village from enemies.

 

                    

Second is the boy pirate named Luffy. He wants to be the pirate king and rule over the seas. Even just a boy, Luffy gathered his “nakama” which means crewmates to go with him in his travel of becoming the pirate king. Luffy values his “nakama” more than his life and he is willing to save them even if it will cause his life. No matter how strong the enemy is, he will pursue after you if you ever hurt one of his “nakama”.

Third is our substitute shinigami Ichigo. As a shinigami, it’s role is to guide souls over to its final place called soul society. He became a substitute shinigami by accident and became powerful. His friends were endanger because of this power and like Naruto and Luffy, Ichigo will always find ways and even give his life to save his friends.

All of this mangas/animes talks about friendship, trust, faith, dreams and hope. They are telling us to value our friends, to take good care of them and to trust them even our life. It tells us not to give up on our dreams, to go for it and to fight for it. We can always find a Naruto, a Luffy or an Ichigo among us.

Save your Money!

Do you want to have lots of money at the end of the year? Well, all you have to do is follow these simple things mentioned below and of course have a little self-control on spending.

You need to pack your lunch and water. Avoid buying cafeteria food or fast food chains because this is the reason why nothing is left on your allowance.

Avoid bringing huge amount of money. The tendency of this kind of act is that you might spend the cash you have on hand without realizing that it is almost gone.

Try to have self-control in buying things that you really don't need. Just buy the things that you need and you will surely use. This act can surely waste the money that you're supposed to save.

 

It would be nice if you could get a job during your free time. This can add up to your savings. You may have jobs like mowing the lawn, washing a car and baby sitting for cash in exchange for the service rendered.

If you are planning to give gifts, try to come up with something creative that doesn't need spending like personalized greeting card, surprise party and any ideas that you can make out from your imagination.

Put your savings in a bank in order for you money to earn interest. But please promise yourself that you will not withdraw it.

So start doing these few and easy things. You may not notice that your savings had increase.

Chow Chow as your Pet Dog

 

Are you looking for a pet that doesn't need exercise? A dog that can accompany you without destroying your house even thought you live in an apartment? Then I suggest that you own a Chow Chow.

Chow Chow is a type of breed originally from China, where it is referred to as Songshi Quan, which means "puffy-lion dog". This lion-like, regal breed comes in five colors - red, black, blue, cinnamon and cream - and is known for its blue/black tongue and stilted gait. Their coats can also be either rough or smooth. The owner of this breed of dog should be a calm person who is naturally firm, confident and consistent in order for it not to be stubborn and aggressive at home.

Chow Chows are very cute that their price can put a hole in your pocket. Despite that this type of dog are not that active, they need to be bathed everyday in order to maintain the quality of their fur and to avoid a very strong foul dog-smell. This dog can be lazy but need to be taken for a daily walk. Dogs that do not get to go on daily walks are more likely to display a wide array of behavior problems. Chow Chows prefer to be in a cold weather.

Chow Chows are known to be good for kids and that is why this dog is usually used as pets at home. So grab one now. :)

Are you having a hard time on what to give for your special someone? No worries, simple yet nicely-thought gifts are here that would touch the hearts of your girl.

Buy her a watch even though she already has one. Make sure that when you give her a watch, there is a note attached to it that would say something like "Would you spare a little time and go out with me?" or







 



Treat her to a special dinner. it is special since you won't just eat as expected but you will also try to involve the waiters to make a little twist to your dinner-out. Try to ask the waiter to give flowers when both of you are done eating. or ask them to play the favorite song of your special someone. Or even let them play a guitar while you sing or vice versa. Want something fancy? Give her a ride with your wheels. Then go to a place where you can see the whole city or to a wonderful gazebo when you can talk with her peacefully. And after that, get that little box that you have inside your pocket. Give it to her. Don't worry! You're not proposing but you are going to give her a necklace or bracelet. After she opened the box, get the jewelry and put it on her yourself. That simple brush of your hand to her neck would give tingles in her spine. And this is good.



Are you in a hurry and forgot what to give for your anniversary? Then buy her a box of chocolates and lots of balloons. Look for 5 random people or friends to help you hold the balloons while you meet with your girl. After you meet, give her the chocolates and then call those people to go near you and let the balloons fly. Are you looking for a Smart Phone and at the same time, you can access your account in your computer? Well just in luck, Windows Company had just recently launched their Windows Phone 8 in the market after releasing Windows 8 OS for computers.

Just like your Windows 8 computer, you still need to open an account in Microsoft. Even though this smartphone got a few bugs that needs to be improved in order to compete with the top smartphones like for iOS and Andriod.

Windows phone is easy to use and can be customized. This is designed to make it easier for developers to create software components that work on both mobile and conventional computers.

The tiles updated often, showing me things like an ever-changing array of friends on the “People” tile and images stored on the camera on the “Photos” tile. It includes Microsoft’s Internet Explorer 10 browser which is obvious since it is owned by one company. For iOS they have Siri, and windows also have their own voice recognition software. You may command to open an application or whatever you want to do with it but there would be times that it cannot understand you. They also have their very own store which is called Windows Phone Store but there are only a few applications for it which gives iOS and Androids an advantage.

We would surely hope that Microsoft can cope up with the fast-developed technology.

Have you ever wondered what it looks like to have the I pad in its cute, mini version with all of its functionalities?

Looks like Apple heard your prayers with it’s launching of the new I Pad mini. It was launched on November 2, 2012 by Apple and millions of fans round the world had been waiting in line outside every Apple stores just to get this new piece of Apple technology. A lot of controversies had emerge before the launching of I pad mini. Some of this controversies saying that the I Pad mini is just a miniature I Pad without any additional functionalities. But this controversies didn’t stop the fans from getting this hot piece of technology.

What made this fans wait in the line for how many hour? Well, here is it…

I Pad mini with its 7.9 inch screen makes this mini screen worthy to be called an I Pad. It does have a powerful A5 chip, Face Time HD Camera, I Sight Camera with 1080p HD video recording, ultrafast wireless and a lot of applications ready to be downloaded in the Apple Store. It is the whole package in a 7.2 mm thin and 0.68 lbs. heavy I Pad mini. With Siri, the personal assistant, I Pad mini has become a better companion for Apple users.

Simple Things Learned for Windows 8

Windows 8, the newest Operating System introduced by Microsoft

 I had Windows 8 way before it was officially released and to tell you honestly, I don't have the slightest idea on how to use it! Even though my brother worked at Microsoft, he doesn't have the heart to teach her beloved sister! Due to my annoyance of telling him to change my Windows 8 Preview to Professional, he gave me four basic tips.

Obviously, you need to register to Microsoft. At first I don't know what's the significance in registering before you can use your computer. But actually, this is very nifty especially if you accidentally left your important documents. You can access your account to any Windows 8 computer by just logging in the account that you have registered.

Using Internet Explorer. Cant find where to typed in the URL or even open a new tab? Well, all you have to do is click the right button of the mouse and there you have it.

Exiting an Opened Application. I never knew how to close an opened program and what I usually do is press the Window key. Wrong. You need to place the mouse button on top then drag it down until it disappear. Closing an opened application would mostly favor to those people who owns touch screened computers because all you have to do is drag your finger from top to bottom.

Screen Shot. The photo shown is my very first screen shot in Windows 8 and all you have to do is hold the Window key and click the Print Screen button. The photo will automatically be sent to your photo folder.
